I bought this kit, along with 3 others, for my nephew and niece. They both thoroughly enjoy “building with light”. Both Joshua and Jasmine enjoy the fact they can use their legos with the laser pegs to make anything they wan’t. Josh is 17 and Jasmine is 11… They don’t always get along. When they are building with their laser pegs, they are the best of friends! I enjoy building with them also. It’s great family fun. I think all the “big” kits come with only one set of instructions, then you download the manuals on the laserpegs.com website. That’s awesome. Can you imagine getting a set with an encyclopedia in it for the directions? It’s so cool they are saving trees! Jasmine uses her ipod to look at the manuals and Josh uses his iphone… I think they like it better since the instructions sheet doesn’t get in the way while they are building! Very cool idea, laser pegs! One thing, I don’t know why laser pegs don’t make it crystal clear that these work perfectly with legos, maybe it is a legal issue, but they do. They have already added legos to their laser peg creations to add a bit more color and added some laser pegs to some lego models they already built… Josh lit up his lego castle with laser pegs… Awesome!
